- The morning of December 18 was a splendid one for all the students of Sheikhupura Campus, especially for the bookworms. A two-day Book Fair had been organised for all classes in the Basketball Court. The books were available at affordable and cheap prices. Students from almost every grade grabbed one or two books.
| BSS Sheikhupura strives to provide exposure to all its students, who in turn work extra hard to avail all the opportunities provided to them. Four students from BSS Sheikhupura achieved various positions in the 8th International Innovation Day (IID) competition organised by the City Montessori School, Lucknow, India. Our students have been participating in this international competition for the last 7 years and have consistently performed well. Other schools from Pakistan such as Karachi Grammar School and Modernage Public School Abbottabad, along with schools from Sri Lanka and the Philippines also participated in the competition. BSS Sheikhupura's results were as follows:

- team of Rescue 1122 officials visited BSS Sheikhupura for day one of a two-day training session for the staff on August 24. The next session will be held on September 28, 2012. The 26 staff members of the campus were taught how to handle emergency and rescue situations. The purpose of this session was to train the staff to deal with emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Sheikhupura: Earth Day celebrations have been going on at BSS Sheikhupura secondary branch since the start of this month. Several activities such as speech competitions, essay writing contests, and poster-making competitions have been held at the campus.
Class III students participated in a speech competition with the topic being Mother Earth.
Poster-making competitions among different classes were held during the second and third weeks of April. In order to emphasise the values reduce, reuse and recycle, a waste-free lunch day was also observed on April 22.
